Here under individual page headings will be all your submissions. The initial indexing of the information will be by country heading then by cities, states or districts. This means that information submitted must be as complete as possible to assist us with placing on the site. Names and addresses of contributors will not displayed unless requested to do so. Where there are sufficient number in one category against the same item then these will be rated using a formula and a table posted which will be in numerical levels from one to eight. Our theory on this is no one or nothing reaches perfection so the 8 is our top rating. Organisations or companies may request to display this as part of their advertising by contacting the webmaster@r8em.com .

During this process all will be constantly reviewed and subject to the terms and conditions. This will be the only censorship applied and not the opinion of r8em.com staff. Where a posting or submission is challenged this will be posted for all to see subject to the terms and conditions as advertised.
